Pour Over Coffee
1. Boil water
2. Rinse filter/warm cone with 125g hot water; discard water.
3. 32g coffee beans, grind.
4. Place ground beans in filter, tare scale.
5. Cool water for 30s.
6. Bloom beans with 55g water; 30s.
7. Start timer to brew coffee:
0:00 - Pour 100g water (scale reads 155g)
2:00 - Pour 100g water (scale reads 255g)
3:00 - Pour 50g water (scale reads 305g)
3:30 - Pour 50g water (scale reads 355g)
4:30 - Coffee should stop dripping.
8. Decant coffee into warmed mug, serve immediately.
